In Training Swimmers
Swim45 is ideal for those swimmers needing to get in consistent training, without any restriction on how long they can make their session - subject to our opening hours.
These are:
Mondays, Fridays and Saturday mornings from 6:00am to 11:00am
Wednesday evenings 4:00pm to 9:00pm combined with squad coaching and Sauna inclusive within membership
Numbers are capped at only six swimmers at any given time to guarantee an uninterrupted swim.
Monthly membership is £110 per month.
Once you have been accepted this enables you to access our ‘Members’ online booking system allowing you to book multiple swims as often and as long as you like.
These are un-coached sessions, ideally suited to those looking to maintain regular swimming and are happy to follow their own training routine - though our coaches are available to offer suggestions for how to get the most out of your swimming.

One-to-One Sessions
One-to-ones are arranged directly with one of our coaches. For Channel swimmers, contact Fiona. For those with other ambitions, contact Mike.
One-to-ones generally consist of one hour in the water, all un-hurried and focused on what will help you most with your swimming. If helpful, we use a GoPro camera to help analyse your swimming.
For sessions with Mike, afterwards we will provide a Swim Forward Plan, capturing the key elements that you focused on and setting out suggestions for developing these further. If helpful we will also provide some relevant Technique Sessions for you to use in your own swims.
The price is £120 for the session. This fee includes the plan and, if appropriate, technique or fitness sessions to practise and a follow-up call.

Swim Squads
In addition to your own swim sessions, your memberships covers joining one of our periodic coached Swim Squads.
These are typically structured around an 8 week progressive programme of 90 minute swims, designed to meet the needs of a group of swimmers of similar ability and shared ambitions.
Each Squad is designed around the shared common needs and targets of small groups of Members. The approach includes attuning swimmers to the feel of a sensational stroke to take into chosen events.
Squads have the added option of a sauna after each session.
